Student engagement fair

Where: Quad

When: Wednesday, September 3rd, 11am-1pm

Come visit our student organization tables at the student engagement fair! Some of our clubs include the Creative Writing Club, the Minor Bird, the Chatham Feminist Coalition, and more! From honors programs to book clubs, we have it all. Say hi, get connected, and get some free swag!

Lindsay open House

Where: Lindsay House!

When: Wednesday, September 10th, 4-6pm

Stop by to chat with the Women’s Institute, Humanities and Education faculty! Learn about our majors and minors, certificates, and relevant student organizations. All campus and community welcome. We will have snacks, treats, and activities! It’ll be a blast! Come hang out!

Declaration Day

Where: Lindsay House Porch. Rain location: Lindsay Conference Room

When: Tuesday, September 23rd, 11:30am-12:30pm

Publicly declare your intention to pursue the Modern Languages Certificate and/or the Women’s Leadership Certificate. Meet with an advisor to talk about what courses you have taken that count and what you might need next. Get all your questions answered. And free lunch and a t-shirt! It’s a party but it’s also doing your official paperwork.

Women’s Institute 10th Anniversary

2025-2026 marks the 10th anniversary of the Women’s Institute and of Chatham’s transition from a women’s college to a gender inclusive community. The Women’s Institute continues the legacy of investing in women’s leadership while supporting students of all genders in their journeys.
