Chatham students and alumni are welcome to attend a virtual Fulbright information session hosted by the Fulbright program/ IIE. In partnership with more than 140 countries worldwide,the Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers unparalleled opportunities in all academic disciplines to passionate and accomplished graduating college seniors, graduate students, and young professionals from all backgrounds. Program participants pursue graduate study, conduct research, or teach English abroad. The 2026-27 grant competition opens in April. Everyone who registers for the info session will receive the recording and follow up information.
Reminder: Call For Writers: Place-Based Reading (Deadline: March 27)
The MFA in Creative Writing Program and the Women’s Institute invite students to submit their place-based writings to be included in the April reading of the Appalachian Writers Series. The event will take place on Thursday, April 17 from 7 to 8:30pm. If your piece is chosen, you will be expected to read your piece at the April 17 event. See attached for more info.
